East Cornwall Harriers is a very friendly club which welcomes runners of all abilities. The club has the following weekly sessions, which all go from Liskeard Sports and Social Club, Lux Park Sports Centre, Liskeard, unless otherwise stated.

The BIG Plog - Saturday 10th November 2018

This is the BIG one - As far as I can see NO other club in the UK has held PLOG that covers a MARATHON route, as you will be aware the Cornish Marathon covers 26.2 miles, as we loop back on part of the course our PLOG will be about 18/20 miles.

Before I set out all the arrangements I need to KNOW who is taking part, NO one person will be expected to run the total distance, the PLOG will be broken down in 4 groups each running approx 5 miles each. 5 miles of PLOG will take about 90 minutes. Start time is likely to be 8/9am TBC.

The plan is afterwards to have breakfast / brunch at Inkies.

All equipment will be provided, just turn up at meeting point TBC.
