East Cornwall Harriers is a very friendly club which welcomes runners of all abilities. The club has the following weekly sessions, which all go from Liskeard Sports and Social Club, Lux Park Sports Centre, Liskeard, unless otherwise stated.

ECH Race Report for 25 November 2018.

The Falmouth Mob Match was the Grand Finale to the Cornwall Glass and Glazing road running Grand Prix.

After a 5 mile team race around Falmouth there was a presentation of all the Trophies for this years Grand Prix. All runners completing a minimum of 8 races or all 14 races received a much treasured Trophy.

Prsentations were made to all the age category winners and runners up. Simon Webber was 1st in the MV 60 age category, Revis Crowle was 1st in her FV 55 age category. Joe Kearns a brilliant 3rd in his MV55 age category. Ben Harding received the trophy for most improved runner in the series.

The following Harriers received the 8 races or more trophies :

Ian Littlewood [ 4th MV 35 ] Darren Harvey [ 4th MV40 ]. Simon Webber, Joe Kearns, Chris Ullman , Revis Crowle – [also 8th overall in series ], Lyndsey Saunders.

The mob match results after a very competitive 5 mile – hilly dash around Falmouth produced a clutch of Personal Bests for The Harriers. 27 Harriers took part.

Drew Clark 1st harrier home in a magnificent sub 30 minutes – 29m 49s.
