East Cornwall Harriers is a very friendly club which welcomes runners of all abilities. The club has the following weekly sessions, which all go from Liskeard Sports and Social Club, Lux Park Sports Centre, Liskeard, unless otherwise stated.

Well done Oliver Jones You are the Harrier of the Month for November. Fantastic effort at the Cornish Marathon and raising £750 for charity too.
The lengths yo went to to get Harrier of the Month, you don't normally have to run 3 marathons in one day to win!!
