DESCRIPTION:The course starts and finishes in Menheniot.  Each club member who wishes to take part is given a start time based on a handicap created from their recent races.  There is also a run-for-fun option if you don’t fancy racing it. \nFood and drinks afterward at The Sportsmans by Menheniot station. \nNames to Lou H or Chris if you want to take part in the Handicap or Run for Fun. \nNames to Nikki for The Sportsmans. \nNames to Revis is you can marshall. \n🙂
