Dear Cornwall Clubs & Runners,
Registration for this year's Trevornick 10k opens on Sunday 1st March at 9pm.
To enter just visit the "Trevornick 10k 2020" event page on Facebook.

There will be two phases this year:
Phase 1: 1st - 10th March (9pm - 9pm): **reserved for members of Cornish running clubs**
Phase 2: 14th March (9pm) onwards: open to ALL runners.

Club Secretaries: please announce and/or email the secret password to all current members.
Club members: please note that this password exists to ensure that YOU get first shout at a place in this event, so please do not make it common knowledge!

Cost of entry £16.50 EA affiliated, £18.50 unaffiliated.

To enter during Phase 1 you will need to be an existing member of a recognised Cornish running club and have:
. card payment details
. your England Athletics Licence Number if you have one
. the password for Phase 1

WARNING: if you enter Phase 1 and are not an existing member of the stated club at the time of registration, your entry will be rejected but you will still be charged.

Q: Do I need to be affiliated to EA to enter in Phase 1?
A: No, you just need to be an existing club member of any of the CRRRG-recognised clubs (if you are reading this, you should in one of those clubs)
Q: How many Phases will there be?
A: Just two phases this year. Phase 2 will be for EVERYONE, including those who were eligible for Phase 1.

Q: Will there be a medal?
A: Not this year, but there is a high quality memento. It's my last year as race director and I want to go on a good one :)
Q: I entered and now I can't run. Can I give my entry to a club mate?
A: No. You need to follow the withdrawals process (see below) or your club mate will be disqualified.
Q: Will there be a reserve list?
A: Yes, we will run a reserves and withdrawals process. Further details will be posted once the entries underway, but in short: if you can't get into the race you can submit your details to reserves list. If you wish to withdraw your entry, you need to submit your withdrawal request to us, and we will replace your entry with the next person on the reserves list. If there is no reserve to take your place, you must wait until a reserve comes along. Once a reserve takes your place, you will be issued a refund minus a £2 fee.
Q: Can you tell me more about the event?
A: We will issue a race information pack to all successful entrants in April :)
