An Res Hellys 10 Mile Multi-Terrain
The An Res Hellys took place this weekend in Helston and was organised by Carn Runners and Tri-Logic working in partnership. It was the fifth race of the Cornish Grand Prix Road Racing series
A magnificent turnout for East Cornwall Harriers with 19 runners competing in a field of 400.
First Harrier home was Liam Gallantry in 1.06.13, with an overall place of 34th.
Revis Crowle was next home in 93rd position overall 1.15.33 and a magnificent first in her age group.
Closely followed by Simon Webber in 1.15.40. Who was a fabulous second in his age group
Hayley Stacey was 4th, Andrew Simms 5th, John Sudell was 6th in 1.24.49, 7th and 3rd lady home was Ashley Elliott in 1.26.45
The race was quite windy in places, although conditions were good and dry underfoot, with a tough crossing at Loe Bar shale beach.
All Harriers reported a very enjoyable event with a good crowd along the way giving much needed support and great support for each other.
