As you may be aware, East Cornwall Harriers have an Annual General Meeting in the Spring of each year.
For obvious reasons we haven’t been able to have such a meeting since April 2019 although we did manage to hold an EGM back in September.
We are delighted to confirm that the committee have decided to have a full AGM for 2022.
The meeting will be at the Liskeard Sports Club (Lux Park) on Wednesday 16th February at 19:00. There will be no run that evening.
All members should make every effort to attend. Although a formal agenda is needed, including the election of all committee and other club posts, a big part of the event is to ensure that every member will have an opportunity to bring up any issues they want to in an open forum.
It also gives an opportunity for members who meet on different club nights can get together and meet socially. To help this the bar will be open and there will be a free buffet provided by the club.
